How many Keywords will you use?


We generate some of the most complete keyword lists available in the industry including, generic, long tail, brand specific, product specific, location specific, negative keywords & misspellings. On average Latitude will generate a key word list that is three times the size of our nearest competitor.


Do you mark up the cost of my clicks?


NO. Unlike many agencies we charge a flat management fee and don’t take any of your click budget. You buy your clicks from Latitude Express at exactly the same cost as if you had gone direct to the search engines.


What is the difference between the Latitude Express online service and the Latitude specialist SEM agency?


We are the same company, using the same technology. Latitude Express is for clients who prefer online communication for reporting and campaign management and the cost savings that this brings. Latitude is for clients whose spend levels and the nature of their business demand a dedicated Account Manager for specialised campaigns with face-to-face and telephone interaction.


How much do I have to spend for the Latitude Express service?


There is no minimum spend! If you’re spending or considering spending less than £15000 per month with the search engines we can help you. We simply take a management fee that is fully transparent.


How much does Latitude Express cost?


The standard monthly management fee is £499, if you join us part way through the month we will pro rata this. On top of the management fee you need a budget for clicks which can be as high or as low as you wish.


Can I start partway through the month?


Yes of course. You can sign up at any time of the month and any time of the day using our online sign-up system. Your initial payment will consist of the £499 management fee and desired click spend, if starting part way through a month this will be calculated on pro rata basis.


How do I create a PPC campaign?


Simply complete the online sign-up process, which should take no longer than 5 minutes. Once payment is made, and all the information about your campaign has been captured, we go on to develop the keywords, creative and strategies. Your campaign will typically be live in 2-3 working days!


How is payment made?


The Latitude Express service can be paid for by credit card, Direct Debit or a combination of the two. Payment for the service is always paid up front and will be continuous until you wish to stop the campaign.


How can changes be made to a campaign?


The Latitude Express team will be continuously optimising your campaign as part of the service in order to maximise performance, however if you wish to make specific changes, this can be done via the online customer support system. All requests will be responded to by the next working day if not before.


How long will it take to set-up a campaign?


A campaign set-up will take no longer than 3 working days. Please note that we cannot begin a campaign set-up until payment has been received. Because of this and due to banking procedures, making the first month payment by Direct Debit will delay your campaign launch date.


How long do I have to sign up for?


With Latitude Express there is no minimum contract! You simply pay up front for the next calendar month which will continue until you wish to stop the campaign. Want to simply trial the service for a month? Go ahead!


Which Search Engines will my ads show on?


Your ads, unless requested otherwise, will show on the Google network (including Ask, AOL, NTL and others), the Yahoo network (including Lycos, Tiscali, Alta Vista, FT.com and others) and Microsoft (including MSN messenger, Windows live and Hotmail).


What if my budget is higher than £15,000?


If due to seasonality, promotional or other reasons your monthly clicks budget creeps above £15,000, then that should not be a problem. If however, your monthly budget is consistently going to be over £15,000, then please visit www.latitudegroup.com who will be able to deal with your needs.

Does Latitude Express service PPC in foreign countries and languages?


Not yet. At this stage Latitude Express is purely a UK based and targeted service.

Why don’t I get a personal account manager?


The customer service team is only an email away and we provide you with an online account portal where you can generate reports and keep an eye on your campaign. Where as a lot of agencies have campaign managers that double up as your account manager we believe our campaign managers time is best spent managing your campaign, not talking about managing your campaign. Working like this means that your campaign gets the attention is deserves. All your customer service emails will be answered within a 24hr time frame and usually a lot sooner.
